£3.00 surcharge for orders under £40
Orders under £40.00 (excluding delivery charges) will have an additional £3.00 sucharge. A small order charge applies to orders under a specific threshold. This helps us ensure our operational costs of handling small orders are managed.
- Customers who have paid for a Monthly, 6 Monthly or Annual Delivery Pass subscription & their order is below £40 will not pay a surcharge
- If final basket is over the £40 minimum basket value (excluding delivery charges) then no surcharge will be added
- If an order is checked out below £40 the surcharge will be applied. If the order is then edited and the total increases to £40 or above, the surcharge will automatically be removed.
- If any substitutions are made to an order which result in their basket dropping below the threshold no surcharge will be added
