Due to the increasing cost of providing this service, on Thursday 25th September 2025 Morrison introduced a small administration charge to ensure customers still have access to the service quality they know and love.
How to place an order

- Select option 3
- Choose from a menu of essential groceries
- Request any additional items
Delivery orders are delivered the following day and delivery is free of charge.
Who can use the service?
The service is available to anyone who is unable to get to the shops, including the elderly, vulnerable, isolating, or shielding

Paste your code at checkout
Paste your code in the ‘voucher code’ box on the checkout page. On a mobile device, to paste your code, hold your finger in the promotional code box and when the pop up menu appears press ‘paste’. You'll then see a message to confirm that you're using a voucher or coupon, along with a 'Remove' option in case you change your mind. £3.00 surcharge for orders under £40
Orders under £40.00 (excluding delivery charges) will have an additional £3.00 sucharge. A small order charge applies to orders under a specific threshold. This helps us ensure our operational costs of handling small orders are managed.
- Customers who have paid for a Monthly, 6 Monthly or Annual Delivery Pass subscription & their order is below £40 will not pay a surcharge
- If final basket is over the £40 minimum basket value (excluding delivery charges) then no surcharge will be added
- If an order is checked out below £40 the surcharge will be applied. If the order is then edited and the total increases to £40 or above, the surcharge will automatically be removed.
- If any substitutions are made to an order which result in their basket dropping below the threshold no surcharge will be added
