Terms and Conditions – Purpl x Merlin Theme Park Ticket Giveaway

1. Promoter:
The Purpl Co Limited, 100 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN1 1UJ.

2. Eligibility:
Open to UK residents who are active Purpl members at the time of entry and prize draw. Employees of Purpl Discounts Ltd and associated companies are not eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• Must be a verified Purpl member.
• On Facebook private group: Comment or tag who you’d take and which Merlin theme park you’d choose.
• On Instagram: Comment or tag who you’d take and your chosen park.
• On X: Reply or quote tweet with who you’d bring and which park you’d pick.
• Only one entry per platform per person is allowed. Max of three entries total per person (1 per platform).

4. Entry Period:
The competition opens on 22nd April 2025 and closes at 11:59PM on 15th May 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize:

• One winner will receive four (4) standard day tickets to a single UK Merlin Entertainments theme park: Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, or LEGOLAND Windsor.
• Tickets can be used for any group combination (e.g., 4 adults, 2 adults + 2 kids, etc.) but must be redeemed at the same park on the same day.
• Travel, accommodation, food, and other expenses are not included.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via DM on the platform they entered from within 14 working days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery:
Tickets will be provided as digital e-vouchers or in another format at the discretion of Purpl. Winner will be given instructions on how to redeem them.

8. General:

• This giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or X.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Purpl reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Purpl reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
